All data is automatically processed, encrypted, and never viewed by humans. We do not sell or share your data. You can request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time via our Discord support server. This policy outlines what data we collect, how it’s used, and your rights under GDPR.

Who We Are
Double Counter is a service operated by Tellter SAS, a company registered in France under SIREN Identification Number 899 727 606, Paris RCS), with a capital of 5,000 euros, located at 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France.
What Data We Collect
When you interact with the Double Counter bot:
IP Address – Collected when you click the verification link.
Linked to your Discord ID (not your username).
Used solely for detecting alternate accounts (fraud prevention).
Browser/User-Agent Information – Temporarily cached for anti-abuse purposes (e.g., alt-flagging disputes).
This data is not personally identifying on its own and is deleted automatically.
Administrative Events (via Lens) – Auto-mod actions, bans, kicks, etc.
Collected for moderation and server integrity.
Not linked to PII such as usernames, IPs, or emails.
When using our web portal:
Cookie Information – A session cookie is set to link your web browser to your Discord account for verification purposes.
How We Use Your Data
We process your data under the legal basis of Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f), GDPR), specifically for:
Detecting alternate (fraudulent) accounts
Preventing abuse and ban evasion
Supporting community moderation and integrity
All personal data is automatically processed and encrypted using AES-128 CBC symmetric encryption. No human personnel can view your IP address or other personally identifying data.
We Do Not Share Your Data With Anyone
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the following rights:
a) Right of Access
You may request access to the data we hold about you.
How:
Use the /privacy
command in any server using our bot and select Receive My Data.
A copy of your data will be sent to an email address of your choice.
b) Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)
You may request the deletion of your personal data. To do this, open a ticket in our Double Counter Community Discord server, select "Something Else", and state "Delete my data".
Only your personally identifiable information (PII) — your IP address — will be deleted.
Alt account associations (linked to your Discord ID) are not deleted, as they are retained under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) for fraud prevention. They are pseudonymized and do not directly identify you.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request, per GDPR standards.

Data Retention
IP addresses and user-agents are retained only as long as necessary for verification and fraud prevention, after which they are automatically deleted.
Alternate account association data may be retained longer to support the integrity of the verification system and detect repeated abuse.
Security
All data is stored securely and encrypted using AES-128 CBC encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized system processes — no human staff can view personal data.
